What we collect

We collect only what you provide: account email, loan details you upload or enter, and household questions you answer. We never collect your FSA username or password.

How we use it

To generate the deterministic estimates and educational action plans you request. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

Mortgage loan officers and counselors only see what you explicitly authorize via the in-app consent toggle. You can revoke access at any time.

Storage and security

Data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level security. Uploaded loan files are stored in a private bucket only the borrower can access. Sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log.

Your rights

You can delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
